Faith Christian Academy is a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Lomita. We believe that we live in a time of dangerous and corrupt public schools and the church needs to provide affordable Christian education for our community.

We offer challenging academics as well as a distinctly Christian worldview teaching children to love God, their family and their nation. We are not a reform school but rather a place for Christian discipleship. We start each day with the pledge of allegience, Bible reading, a devotion and prayer.

At FCA children not only learn academics but they memorize Scripture, and learn valuable character traits. We believe that staff should model proper Christian behavior for the students. All staff are members in good standing of FBC Lomita or a church of like faith.

Faith Christian Academy of Lomita exists to honor God, uphold strong academic standards and equip students with the tools they need to know God, love their families and be good citizens.

• Motivate students to become more like Jesus Christ and embrace values consistent with God’s Word with regular Biblical instruction

• Intercede for our students and their families through regular times of prayer
